1. General Rule

Donations made through our website or online payment methods are non-refundable, as funds are immediately utilized for ongoing Gau Seva activities such as cow feeding, rescue, medical care, and shelter maintenance.

2. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

• Duplicate Payment — If the same donation is made more than once accidentally
• Technical Error — Payment failure or technical issue from payment gateway
• Incorrect Amount — Donation made with wrong amount due to system error

3. Refund Process

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 working days of the transaction
• Please share your Transaction ID, Date, and Amount via email
• After verification, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Refunds may take 10–15 working days depending on your bank/payment provider

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Intentionally made successful donations cannot be refunded
• Refund requests without valid proof will not be considered
• Misuse of refund requests may lead to rejection
